Any of the boss battles as good as the Freeze one from AC?
I'm not what I imagine is very far in to the game.
So far I've enjoyed the Mad Hatter part and the Deathstroke part. Even Croc was good. Nothing on Freeze's level yet, though I do find myself being more imaginative in combat anyway.

Is the Deathstroke DLC supposed to be free if you pre-order for PS3. I just checked the in-game store and it wants $5.99 for it. Also, I bought the season pass via pre-order. Shouldn't the Deathstroke be included in that?
no idea, tbh.

What's really pissing me of is the worst nightmare tree since I cant find any predator encounters hence beating the game and still havent gotten the shock upgrade for sonic batarang.
You have to look for another bomb there are 3 in total when you defused all Alfred will open the gate.
I unlocked the dark knight costume by completing the Dark knight system.
It's the same as the original suit but in black sucky part is even if you switch it in story the suit is as damaged as the original one.
Just finished the main story mode. Warner Bros. Montreal definitely surpassed my expectations. Overall, it was a very good game. It got most of what Arkham City got right, did some things better, and even more things worse.
Improvements? The boss fights. None here are any stronger than Mr. Freeze from Arkham City or Killer Croc from Arkham Asylum but there are some gems.
Spoiler:
The first Bane fight was EXTREMELY difficult. I died countless times. Deathstroke was also pretty cool. I hope to see more fights like that one. Love the cinematic POV they were going for.
Glad to see they went with the same combat system from Arkham City. I was hoping they'd add more choreography than they did. At the core, it got most of the same things right from Arkham Asylum and Arkham City.
The things it missed(and I knew they were going to miss them - this is why Rocksteady is invaluable) were small things like the score. The first two games' music was great. This one was a little underwhelming in that department. I just felt like this one didn't have the overall atmosphere that the first two games boasted. Arkham City, especially, was gratifying flying around the city and constantly hearing Strange talking. "Protocol 10 will commence in five hours!" The character had menace to his voice.
Surprisingly, I actually thought the voice actors for Batman and Joker did really solid jobs in their roles. The guy who voiced Joker sounded very reminiscent of Mark Hamill. Eventually, I just bought in to the other guy as Batman as well. Still would obviously love to see Conroy/Hamill return if Rocksteady really is developing a third game.
The main thing I really impressed with was the stuff they were doing with Alfred, Gordon, and Joker. None of the previous games really went that route. Made it feel like more of a movie. Props! Rocksteady should definitely take note there.
I can't really accurately compare this to the former two yet so soon. I'll have to judge the replay value. Two years later, I'm still playing Arkham City to this day.
I think Arkham Asylum layed the foundation and nailed the atmosphere the best out of the three. Arkham City raised the bar for the gameplay and IMO had the most engrossing story. Origins impressed me alot, surpassed my expectations, and ultimately was a pleasing addition to the franchise. I'm just hoping Rocksteady is cooking up something to knock my ****ing socks off the way Arkham City did.

Indeed! I would really like Hush for a new series! Arkham City had a bit of a finality to it. I hope Origins is the last in the Arkham games.
Anyway, I think I'll finally get started on this game at least tomorrow or so. Ended up getting sidetracked on Pokemonz longer than I thought during my spare time.
