You wanted proof that the Avengers are public figures, and now you have it. If you want proof Spidey is a blabbermouth when he fights, I can provide those as well, but I'm fairly certain that's common knowledge. 😉

The rest, is me expressing amazement that his SS is a secret, given these conditions. I don't pretend to have definitive proof that the SS is an open secret, at this time..

About the Spider Sense, I don't think it is public knowledge because how many times do his opponents say stuff like "He seems to know where I'll strike next," being baffled by it.

Why would Spidey need it? His webbing alone can beat Batman easy.

Doubt he could dodge a wide area Freeze beam though.

As for round 3 (prep for both) Spider-man recently built a gadget that can grant anyone high-herald level powers. Keeps it in his lab. So its def not spite.

Because webbing wont completely incapacitate him faster than say the insta-freeze tech which Peter developed that instantly froze Cap.

And as far as Freeze's gun, It cant freeze a whole room entirely in an instant without any room to maneuver whatsoever. Peter would know its coming and either dodges that or counter that with gobs of webbing on Bruce's direction.

I would also like to point out that SS wouldn't give him an auto win either. Bruce's prep can accommodate speed, as he's taken down the Flash. And Spider-Man gets hit all the time even with his SS tingling.

Actually one single layer of webbing should be far more than enough to snare Batman. Not to mention the webbing can move at speeds that tag bullet timers. I'd say unless bruce has prepped some sort of chemical to dissolve it, the webs are as much an insta-win as the freeze pellets
