Depends on the environment. In our real world I'd choose orange, grey, or black. Leaning towards black because of it's applications with investments/lottery and avoiding risk. $1 becomes a kingdom without the need to do anything illegal. With orange you still need access and a lot of time to accumulate wealth and resources. With black I can go from poverty to Bill Gates in 3 days via lottery winnings, sports gambling, and investments, and can roll that into any philanthropic pursuit I could think of. Could do the same with technopathy but it could leave a more visible trail. Precog would just look like a run of really good luck. Creating dummy accounts out of thin air and random transactions would eventually get noticed.

In a comic reality I'd probably choose orange or grey.

With Orange you instantly master anything. You could know everything there is know about probability, market analysis, mathematics, etc... super easy to make money.

Honestly, I wouldn't turn down any of these pills. Black, Orange, Red, and Yellow seem strong choices though, depending on your goals.

I do wish the red pill was a little more specific. Not sure what levels the speed/strength/healing is actually at. If you get to be FlashHulk...
