I'd effortlessly rule this world (by using men to increase my money/power/status; I'd be able to get world leaders to willingly do whatever I wanted them to do) and literally be able to have any woman I wanted s3xually...
Yeah, I'd definitely pick the pink pill; just shake hands with everyone I meet and rule the world from behind the scenes...

Double Edit: I could see a CIS/PIS off Enchantress easily ruling Marvel Earth with this exact tactic by using her magic instead of a pill; between her magic and natural charms, she'd have every world leader eatting out of her hands effortlessly...
i think you're misinterpreting love for "mental control"... just because they love you, it doesn't mean you have control over their actions. It's far more likely that they'd all end up going Glenn Close on you. You'd also have to worry about all the men you turned gay possibly losing their jobs because not everyone is accepting of homosexuals. I seriously doubt there will ever be a homosexual POTUS, let alone a homosexual leader of a Catholic or Muslim nation.

You are impervious to ANY physical dangers. Aging occurs when the dna is being damaged through replication, radiation , etc. Airborne viruses are physical dangers.

Orange, easily. Instantly mastering anything [though I guess there needs to be a bit of elaboration on how I achieve this. I immediately understand everything I am shown/read? Does that mean that I still have to see/read everything? If not, and it's just "It's magic, you just do so", then this one, easily. Maybe it's some sort of instinctual understanding of anything I think about?].
Given the instantly part, I should be far ahead of the entire Earth technological and biological achievments in a very short while, since I'm basically a singular mind of all the utmost expertise in every field. From there, to giving myself the abilities of almost all the other pills one way or another, there's only a short path.

There is no information that can escape you. I could have a page of the brightest minds on earth and just look at it if i don't know something. You meet anyone and always know the right thing to say or not to say. You would be the worlds best interrogator without even leaving your couch. You can basically find anyone with a picture. There is no secret I can't find out. If anyone is a serious threat, just put them to sleep.
