Why change a winning formula.

eventually you'll have the last word and that will mean its a fact.

My argument speaks for itself. Most quit responding due to realizing the error of their ways.

Your argument is pathetic, because it requires you to misinterpret several screen feats and flat out ignore multiple others. That and lie about people conceding.

Be specific about what you think I'm ignoring.

yes, explain it again so coco can do his backflips.

He has already been told several times.

no, I'm not. Most of the original universes options are being wanked.

Abrams prefers Star Wars big time. If you watch the commentary he even admits paralleling certain New Star Trek moments to Star Wars moments. I'm sure he enjoys Star Trek now. I know I did but not prior to him bringing action and fun adventure to a lifeless franchise.

I'm a huge reboot fan. You're not. It's ok. Noting wrong with preferring the originals. I just don't.

Like what?

lol, you really think that's going to work?

I didn't say I wasn't a fan of the new movies. In fact I actually said in more than one thread that I actually liked the AU movie. I'm hoping Into Darkness is good too.

Though people need to stop calling them reboots.

He can't and won't.

Genesis Box, Borg, Cube, Data, etc.
Yes.

I'm a huge fan of the newer action prone movies. You clearly like the originals better.

It's not good it's great.

No, they don't. You know what I mean and it's only semantics.

What about them do you think is overstated?

Keep trying then, I guess.

I do like the originals better, yes. That doesn't diminish how much I like or will like the new movie(s).

I hope it's great; I'm a big fan of Cumberbatch from Sherlock.

It's not semantics when the meanings are different.

Genesis box effects are easy to outrun. Borg and Cube are laughable on screen in terms of numbers and reflexes.

No, but you prefer the Trekkie way. I like the Star Wars more action, visceral imagery and fun adventures where the series has gone now. I love the new ones whereas you prefer the older ones. No biggie.

Google it. Fight the world because they use the word reboot.

It also fits into the definition. I mean you don't even know what reboot means. Classic.

re·boot (r-bt)
tr.v. re·boot·ed, re·boot·ing, re·boots
To turn (a computer or operating system) off and then on again; restart.

Key word being restart.

😂

How is the cube slow? It takes on dozens of vessels at the same time.

I'm as big a star wars fan as I am a star trek fan. Sometimes I'll prefer one over the other, but generally I like them equally.

Yes, I know that the franchise got a "reboot". No need to be such a **** about it. I'm just saying that in-universe, it wasn't a reboot. That's all.

What screen feats am I ignoring ? Your exaggerations are appalling. Good you agree red matter is a huge advantage.

Lol. Kirk is more impressive based on screen feats. Cry about it.

With the amount of Borg we see on the cube and based on his screen feats. Definitely. Here's your attempt to flame your way out of a losing debate. Happens often.

That awful movie about whales. Lol.

Genesis device is easily avoided despite Khans attempts to kill Kirk. I guess black holes are easy to avoid but not the Genesis Box despite seeing the Enterprise do so. Hypocrite.

Yes, I do. Red matter. 😄

Screen feats back me up. 🙂

Doesn't matter how fast he thinks when his ship is being bombarded. We never see Datas foes just unable to deal with him either. Keep wanking, kid.

You prefer the old Star Trek. I don't. You prefer Wrath of Khan and other older ones. Into Darkness hands down is superior. I love the reboots. You don't. It's cool.

So more circular nonsense which results in you making up shit, dodging what you can't counter cos you're blatantly OS and TNG film ignorant, downplaying cos the only thing you know about a given film mention is what you just googled and then making "red matter!" and "Khan solos, he doesn't need to breathe!" claims like they mean anything.

And the clever reversal of blame, cos I'm the one openly hating one cos I happened to become enamored with a new take on a character? Clowny tactics from a bandwagon-boy, this is all you have.

I was referring to the Borg on board. The Cube can be taken out via red matter.

No, you like Trek more. I've seen you favor them time and time again. It's fine. Star Wars method is just better with what I prefer. Love action in a Sci Fi movie. That's why I love the new Star Trek as they have abandoned their previous tone of their movies.

It is. I was going to drop it but you said it wasn't a reboot. It was. I'm not mad and don't get angry. No biggie. Despite my savagery in the threads I don't care at the end of the day.

It's fun to argue this shit.

Not if it has it's shields up. Otherwise the red matter would harmlessly impact the energy field. Then all it would have to do is move away before the singularity grew.

lol, so now you get to tell me what I like more? I suppose we'll just forget that I was a wars fan before a trek fan, then. though I hope you're not calling star wars sci fi.

you keep talking about "abandoning" yet even in the first movie there are numerous examples of them emulating the past works.

Yes, I know, you get a kick out of trolling. Good for you.

Just save yourself the time and just say you concede.

Your you didn't see the movies stuff is a hoot. I told you why the Genesis decide sucked and for the same reason you attack red matter you ignore here. Irony.

The old Khan was some jackass from an episode who had a push fight with Kirk despite being 5 times as strong and losing. Earlier in the ep he seduces some dumb broad and she helps him take the ship. Kirk beats him and let's him go off on his own planet despite all this. When we next see Khan he blames Kirk for all his woes on the planet and is an emo.

To me Wrath of Khan was practically unwatchable and Trekkies regard it as the best. Thank god for the reboot as I absolutely hated the older boring shows and movies. Just being honest.

Fire and destroy the shields. Me thinks photon torpedoes. Then insert red matter.

Sci Fi/ fantasy whatevs. Both. I compare it to Sci Fi films and semantics.

Yes, they don't ignore the lore but abandoned the formula. The formula is what I had a problem with. Love the Star Wars way and Abrams.

I like to argue. Relax and enjoy yourself.
