The Borg cube CAN be destroyed. Just not by the Nerada unless it sits there like an idiot and lets it attack it without retaliation.
So does the Nerada have the Jellyfish on-board? Or are they fighting alongside one another? Yes, it's important because without the Jellyfish, no red matter for the Nerada bar maybe one shot.

It takes dozens of ships a hundred years in the future just to take down one of these things, and they've only ever done it when they've had actual critical knowledge, or found an actual weakness in the Borg cube.
The Nerada is a 24th century ship with 24th century weapons. The Borg have fought Romulans before, and beaten them. Same with Klingons. They can and will adapt, most likely, to the Nerada's weapons.
Unless you seriously think the Nerada is superior to over thirty 24th century starships, some of which were designed and built with the Borg in mind.

The first one would most likely impact the borg's subspace field.
