The premiere is supposed to be released in the summer (no date specified) with the rest of the season to begin in earnest in fall.

Perhaps. I though there was an explosion or something which knocked "Barriss" on her knees and the other Inquisitor is just in a ready stance.

Luminara's death is the same as it was in Legends as far as I know. She died on Kashyyyk.

Fascinating! That interview is also hinting towards Barriss' appearance.

I really hope she gets a redemption story and Ashoka is involved. Then again if she isn't that super tragic especially if Bariss was a part of Luminara's execution.
Also damn, the idea of Luminara, such a powerful and wise Jedi Master being executed like that is...****ed up, at least in Order 66 you had some of them go out with a fight. Really makes you hate the Empire. Well played Filoni.
