...You know, when is this whole ESB feeling gonna come up? Because so far....I haven't been feeling the Empire's wrath.
This episode had many problems none the less of which include..
1. Why are the Imperial Gunners manning a reactor? Where's the complete black uniforms?
2. Kanan says regarding the armor "it can't protect from anything" ....yet clearly it has shown protecting the troopers from near point blank explosions and blaster fire(Zeb) and even in the movies aboard the Tantive IV you see blaster shots deflecting off.
3. Rex saying regarding the helmet "I can't see!" uhh....sorry that's not the helmet's fault, that's your fault Rex. If Stormtroopers can't see out of their helmets, then I don't see how they could be deemed threatening to the Rebels nor do I see how they could even make the CLEAR accurate shots they made on Endor, that and the Scouts driving speeder bikes clearly they have to be able to see. Heck nor even how they could walk, much less shoot.
4. The codes used....really? So the Empire after however many years, are STILL using codes from the Clone Wars? Are you shitting me?....You'd think they'd regularly update codes and procedures yet....no? That's pretty important because the enemy, could then just waltz right on into any Imperial occupied station or ship.
5. The episode could have actually been something if Rex actually died, because then you know shit was going down....but no, they dragged it out for...whatever reason and made the whole suspenseful scene pointless.
6. How is it NO ONE noticed the obvious height difference between regular Stormtroopers and Kanan/Rex? Stormtroopers have a set height and weight right? When they arrived, that should have clearly raised a red flag in noting that the two weren't Stormtroopers.
The next episode actually looks promising if it wasn't for that baby....but still it looks a lot better with the Inquisitors and Ahsoka.

Very good episode today - second best to Vader's episode. I don't really have any complaints besides Rex's unnecessary sacrifice. All of Zen's reasons are downright retarded.
Oh really? Now how's that? Sure some of them are a little nitpicky, mainly the first one, but the 2/3rd ones just reinforce that stupid nonsense that people have come to accept despite the clear evidence against said things shown in the movies alone, which I admit I have come to HATE because if people just WATCHED the movies they would see otherwise. So perhaps a little nitpicky sure, but the fact it reinforces stupid consensus just bother me.
4 come on you have to agree with that, really? Using codes from THE CLONE WARS?! The Empire doesn't bother to update/make new ones? How stupid is that.
5 we agree on.
6. Again a little nitpicking maybe, but still there should have been an issue given that the Troopers we see are all the same height, Kanan is taller than them which is clearly obvious.
I'm not saying it wasn't a good episode, it was certainly better than the previous ones, but there were some issues.

"I can't see a thing in this helmet."From the movies themselves.
Knew this was coming.
From a farmboy, yeah...he's clearly reliable when it comes to wearing military issued gear....what's even more RIGHT after Luke seems to have no trouble seeing when he's blasting in the detention area blasting out cameras and guards.

It's no secret Stormtrooper aim is shit unless they're named or the story is following them directly. Clonetrooper aim on the other hand is legendary. If he never complained about his Mando style Clonetrooper helmet, and he's complaining about the Stormtrooper one which is a different design, maybe the design is simply shit. Why are you so upset about something that's been established for years?

Or maybe he just doesn't know how to work it properly due to it being a different design?
Stormtrooper aim isn't shit, anyone would know this if they actually did research.
I'm upset because what's been established is just a bunch of BS.
But anyway, don't wanna trail off topic here so I'm just gonna end this now.

So you're mad that this episode reinforces something stated in the original film so you can no longer ignore it?
OK.
^ Yeah plus tbh Boba Fett would hardly be a filler anyway. He'd be a season highlight and is probably more dangerous than most Inquisitors anyway.
@ Zenwolf reading through some of your comments, and I feel you're not really allowing yourself to enjoy the show. Don't scrutinize every little thing so much Lol
