Star Wars: Rebels!

Outside of dedicated Force wielders, in all the collected Disney canon there's been 2 people who have a lightsaber. Grievous, which he collected by murdering Jedi. And Pre Vizla, who had an ancient lightsaber-ish weapon.

And for like, 3 days maybe Finn.

The Hutt Grakkus also had a gallery full of lightsabers in his arena.

Fun little episode. Really nice to see Leia in action again.

Unfortunately, after that phenomenal trailer, almost everything is going to feel like filler until we get to Vader and the trippy force visions.

I almost fell asleep. 🙂

I think what Rebels really needs is some sustained story arcs, these self-contained 20 minute episodes are too gimmicky, and without depth or weight. It just feels like filler, and kinda wastes the narrative potential that a core cast of characters provides.

Because it is filler Beni, it is filler and won't get interesting until the crew heads to the dark temple place.

Admittedly, I haven't seen the episode yet so I can't comment on it's quality.

And this is coming from the same crew to whom four-part story arcs was the staple in TCW's Seasons 5 and 6.

No I know what the word means, I just use it because well I have no other words, other than the episode was really just...boring.
