Star Wars: Rebels!

Eh, him being an alien is inconsequential to him being fodder that died soon after introduction.

Meh the Maul thing wasn't that bad. Embarrassing sure due to how short it was, but it's not really a reflection of his skill. It's not like he got out skilled or anything, he just got really confident got like 3 attacks blocked and then tossed. People get knocked off platforms all the time in duels, he just happened to get knocked off a really high one.

Had the Sidious fight ended when he got dropped, it'd be the same thing.

That being said, the blind sensei adaption was insanely fast for Kanan. Guy became Daredevil in seconds

How Ahsoka and Maul's elevator ride probably went:
Maul: ...
Ahsoka: ...
Maul: So... heard from Kenobi lately?
Ahsoka: ... (tries to make Sith stone elevator go faster)

Spoiler:
Just saw that on Tumblr ^ 😂

LMAO.

And dem parallels.

There was too many little things that let the episode down though:

1. The Inspector Gadget Copters.

2. The really bad Nerfing of Maul.

3. The Cop out with Ahsoka's fate.

Siege of Lothal didn't have "nitpicks" that annoyed me that much, hence remains my fav Rebels episode. Followed by Fire across the Galaxy and Spark of the Rebellion.

Well, Mauls an old man. Mauls got to be close to Kenobi's age, considering how young Obi Wan and Anakin were when they first fought.

And considering his race is supposed to live between 40-100 years, he looked really good. Better then any human his age.

He's not as old as Dooku was.

Either way one moment he's kicking Inquisitor butt, next moment he's stalemating Ahsoka, and then in literally the next moment he's getting Stomped by a blind Kanan.

That just ruined the episode IMO.

Can't really ruin the episode when nobody was there to see Maul. 🙂

Regardless, this is the first time I've actually enjoyed Maul as a character. And that more than makes up for an embarrassing showing.

Seriously, that moment when he emerges from the smoke shouting "What fun!" while laughing hysterically is probably the best moment the character has had since he ignited his second blade in TPM.

This Twitter account gives me life: https://twitter.com/LadyOfMalachor

"Honestly, what is the Sith's obsession with triangles? Like everything here is a triangle, it's ridiculous."

"Oh man, I found @SarahMGellar's body. Not pretty. You'd think Maul would have a hang-up about cutting people in half, but no."

LMAO

Nawwww....

Was nice when he pulled out a Saber Staff for the first time since TPM. Although I wonder what happened to the Dark Saber. That thing was cool.

There are many more. Face it, Rebels Maul was tame. 🙂

Nah. The hammy pseudo-Sidious is better. Perhaps he was more "tame" but he was a hell of a lot more fun.

I've suspected this was the case for awhile now. Season 3 would hit around the same time as Rogue One after which I'd assume they'd begin work on a post-RotJ series.

So, I was thinking about Rebel and the relation to the rest of the saga and I realized something (tell me if I'm not the first to say this). Both Ezra and Kanaan are going to die at the end of the series. If they don't, then it breaks the continuity of Luke being the last of the Jedi once Yoda dies in Episode XI.

FPJ has basically shut that rumor down, tbh.

You're not the first to say this... Far from it.

But I can't see Disney killing of a kid who is also the main character of a series.
