No, they aren't. Khans feats are far more impressive than Vaders. We also can't look past Vaders losses either.

He had no weapons and still beat him. Anakin no weapons and using hand to hand isn't impressive. Khan would merc him hand to hand. Khan also disarmed Spock. Spock would beat Anakin senseless in a hand to hand battle.
