Secondly the Klingon ships were massive compared to Anakin and were sitting there, and there was a delay between Khan's shots with the giant cannon.
Jango's dual pistol's fired at a much faster rate than Khan's cannon, and Anakin could always force run faster than Khan can target.
Or Force Pull the Cannon out of Khan's arm before he has a chance to fire.
Obi Wan was able to knock Grievous 30 feet backwards and the General had superstrength as well.
And tech he only used once... he didn't have it before or after that scene

Yeah the other gun would be a piece of cake for Anakin to block and he could easily dodge the big Cannon.
We are talking about a guy to can casually walk into a room get fired on by all sides completely surrounded and block all incoming shots on him.
You don't think he could snatch the gun from Khan? Grievous can throw a human being 10 feet through the air which is comparable to Khan and Obi-Wan was able to send him hurtling backwards with no effort at all. What makes you think Khan has a chance of resisting the force power of Anakin?
Mace Windu killed Jango with ease. Jango also had a jet pack when he fought Obi-Wan something Khan doesn't have.
Obi-wan was getting his butt kicked by a superhuman cyborg after he had lost his lightsaber because Grievous ran away after being easily beaten.
