And also, if a combatant falls would the remaining combatants be able to acquire their equipment (like Riddick getting a phaser rifle or Blade with a lightsaber should one of the Sith fall)?

The Sith are likely to try to take each other out (they know and dislike eachother and are likely thinking they can take the rest of the field), and I think Riddick is a wild card because, given the resistance he showed to Lord Marshall's soul steal (and his own energy attack in the director's cut) he might be able to resist Force manipulation and throw down with the surviving Sith, but I don't think Riddick could take Blade.
Anakin and Maul have an unfair advantage with tk abilities, but assuming that Blade, Selene, and Jango have their guns and the Trekkies have their phasers, I'm actually leaning towards Blade or Selene winning this as they're the most superhuman fighters in the field with the best durabiliy, and if it came down to it, I actually think Blade's the most likely to overcome the odds (especially if he got his hands on a lightsaber).
So my vote is for Wesley Snipes.
