Fighting beings that showed FTL reflexes doesn't mean they were using FTL reflexes when fighting Thor.

Spidey has bullet speed reflexes. So when he gets hit with a slower moving attack then does that mean the person who hit him has bullet speed reflexes and speed too?
If Thanos walks up to SS and hits him with his fist then does that mean Thanos was moving faster than the speed of light?

If you manage to move your hand 1nm after a bullet is fired then you have at least bullet speed reflexes. It doesn't mean you are going to get your body out of the way though.
