She was unconscious after she blocked the missile with her hand, but it stands to reason it was sensory overload since her mask was already failing and having all the light and sound to her untrained eyes and ears from a large pointblank explosion would be overwhelming, considering Zod was floored by much less after he first lost his mask and the hits we see them take and they're not KO'd.
Zod even explains after the fight on his ship that they lost cos of the sensory exploit.

I'm going to look at it again and report back. I don't remember seeing her unconscious at all. But if she was dazed it could have been the sensory overload and not so much the missile.
