This entire argument depends on us assuming what Geoff Johns was thinking about when he wrote Conner vs. Prime as there's no actual on panel evidence to support your stance. I'm sorry that I don't think scans of Pre-Crisis Kryptonians who's powers work completely different from Prime's to the point they can metamorph their bodies at will apply to Prime, who just has a stronger Post-Crisis powerset.
