In the case of Deathstroke he was faster than superman thought he was and in case of shadowdragon, he was using precognition and his speed to avoid superman. You are terrible at this. Superman outright admitted Shadowdragon is faster than him. Now make a Spiderman vs Shadowdragon thread.
