If something changed her into being "good", would there not also be something needed to change her "bad"? As nothing happened post good change in game, I assume she is good. Did she do anything bad or something happen to make her bad post change?
Ok, imagine midna is like ice. She's all cold and stiff, but after the warmth of friendship and sacrifice she became water or steam. Now she still has the potential to be ice, but we would need something to change the temperature. Since nothing happened to cool her back to ice, she's still water or steam. Does that make sense?

Unless you have some other evidence that might change this percentage. I mean, yeah, Midna didn't want to save the Light World originally. That's true. However, she was always trying to save the Twilight Realm. That's true, too.

Except we have her and gandorf saying she was moved to good by sacrifice and friendship. We don't see anything that would "freeze" her back to bad. If she stays at room temperature, she's good.
