My first tournament was with 2/3 of an amalgam that was drafted by someone else (Zod and Loki). I inherited it during drafts and picked the final 1/3 of the bunch (Apollo). And came in 4th place with it (out of 10). Which I consider to be a great feat of debating, because I literally knew nothing about the 2/3 that had already been drafted. I was working from internet bios, and nothing else.Of course, this was before scans were necessary in tourneys, so a lot of it was BS. But it was still impressive imo, because I had absolutely nothing to go off of. Khellendros with Majestic wrecked me twice in that tourney...I had no answer for him. Knowing what I know of Loki now, I could've made a go of it. But at the time, I was completely in the dark. A shame too, because I barely used Loki, and basically punched my way to the semis. Loki is unequivocally the most useful of that lot for tourney purposes.
Anyway, it would be hilarious to see someone else adopt someone else's picks. But it probably wouldn't be fair.
