Feminism is just the idea that men and women be treated equally. If that has to be an agenda, its ****ing sad.

Again, who said it ONLY had to be female? I'm sure they're looking at all possibilities. With that said, there are a few female directors that would suit well for Wondy.

No, from what I'm reading, RUMORS state WB is heavily looking for a female director not that they are ONLY looking for a female director. Difference there.

So have you guys heard the rumor that at least part of the movie will be set in WW1, which doesn't make any sense because Mos effectively was based around how Superman was the first "super-being" so if Wondy was kicking butt in the 20's it heavily contradicts the shared universe before it even started.

That and being based in the 1920s wont differentiate her from Superman by just having her show up. A Wonder Woman movie needs to show us magic and all associated fantasy beings as much as a Superman movie needs to show us science fiction and all associated science fiction beings.

Well, her father is Zeus, so that's pretty mystic right there.

I don't just want to hear her father is Zeus. I want to see her father is Zeus. I want to see all things magical in the DCCU. Putting her in WWI and WWII isn't the right setting for that. We need to see the magic side of DC and they would be cheating us of that by putting her in a setting that wont take full advantage of that.

Well, we don't know the extent of the whole WW thing or even if it's true. They could very well pull off both. All depends on the execution, IMO.

Superman could easily be the first "public" super-being, and it would work.
