seems WB couldn;t afford the big name female director hahahahahahaha

WB is a major studio. They can afford it. Michelle MacLaren is a fine choice and I'd be stoked if they got her. The link also confirmed that WB is also targeting male directors. Just like I was pointing out earlier. It's just not females.

What do you think of Michelle?

Wonderful choice. Her direction in Breaking Bad was especially brilliant and very deserving of the emmy.

Well, it looks like it COULD very well be possible.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Warner Bros. has a frontrunner for its "Wonder Woman" film, and it's "Game of Thrones" and "The Walking Dead" director Michelle MacLaren. THR cites unnamed sources as stating MacLaren has had several meetings with Warner Bros. about the project.

Remember, Joss Whedon, Russo bros or James Gunn weren't BIG directors when Marvel hired them. In fact, Joss and the russo brothers were primarily TV people.

I've seen her Breaking Bad and GoT episodes and she's certainly talented. There are probably better choices, but she's not half bad.

Yeah, there aren't that many big name directors other than your Nolan, Spielberg, Cameron, etc... and most of them don't want to do the super hero genre. Nolan already dabbed in it, but he wants to do his own stuff.

Whedon and Gunn are tremendously funny and brilliant writers, allowing them to direct the movies in line with the scripts.

This lady is just a director, not a writer. A little bit different. She could be an amazing director, but imo not Whedon or Gunn level.

Bruce Wayne & parents leaving the theater.

Oh GOD no. Not more flashbacks of little Bruce watching his parents get killed. Just how many versions of that do we need?

Meh, as long as it's brief, I'm ok with it. Nice points with Stephen Amell.

It'll be a super short flashback. Plus this is a batman reboot, so it would feel just incomplete without the scene. Not that big a deal imo

IMAX confirmed for Batman V Superman.

UPDATE: An IMAX spokesperson confirmed IMAX cameras are being used for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
