It's been changed twice. First time backwards by almost a year, then second time forward by 2 months to avoid a clash with BvS.

The Avengers trailer didn't wow me. And people complain about DC's movies being dark. Avengers had such a bleak atmosphere to it. Ant Man looks okish, too.
I'm sure Avengers will be good, but not completely sold on Ant-Man.
The Comic Con footage of Batman V Superman looked stellar and I WANT more footage now! It'll feed my appetite for now.

It was more of the atmosphere and music that was good. Bigger doesn't always mean better.

A couple of minutes of Batman v Superman would feed your superhero appetite more than Avengers 2 and Ant-Man? Really?
Even if we get a trailer in the next few months, it will be a proper tease. Teases aren't designed to feed your appetite. Quite the opposite in fact. Though I am curious about one thing that would probably be answered in a 2 minute teaser.. I'm really curious how Affleck will act out as Batman.

Then it was delayed until the beginning of May 2016, to go against Captain America: Civil War.
Then they blinked and settled on the end of March 2016.
This new release date would have had the movie split and part 1 getting released in October 2015. So that would have made it the fourth different date...but, the rumour has been debunked.

And? It was the smartest thing to movie in March. Not much competition and we get it early. No two studios are going to hurt themselves by releasing 2 blockbusters in the same week. Never happened on this magnitude.

Except WB were going to do just that. They picked the May date knowing full well there was a Marvel movie out the same day!
It was only after they found out it was Cap3 that they changed it.

It's hard to say, because we have no idea what kind of role Cyborg and Aquaman are going to play in this. For all we know Aquaman could be an after credits scene, and Cyborg might not even be Cyborg yet.
But I would guess a good half hour of Wonder Woman (because they really have marketed her presence in the film), and probably like 10-15mins of Cyborg and Aquaman.
What I'm HOPING though is that the way they all fit into this, is that Batman's recruiting them to take on Superman.
Because that would in One Move give them all a reason for having a decent part in a film called "Batman V Superman", it would highlight Batman's manipulation and leadership skills, and it would take away the major PIS/CIS required for Batman to fight Superman alone.
