That's the only thing I'm debating. I never said anything else. So far Gal Gadot LOOKS good in the costume and I think most people are down.
Ben Affleck was mostly negative when they announced him as Batman. Now fast forward to now. Mostly it's all positive and the same is for WW.

Agreed. Wonder Woman's look is just as iconic as Superman's. She just doesn't have his popularity and the same extended media exposure from the past 40 years. That is the reason why any visual/talent shortcomings Gadot had/have along with WW's inagural cinematic debut were overlooked.

WB should have put her on the big screen years ago. No idea why they never gave her a shot.
But on the plus side, showing her for the first time in this will build even more hype for BvS.

I don't really think that's the case. They could have went with someone totally worse and people would trash the choice even harder. Doesn't matter that WW is finally getting a solo movie or in a batman v superman film. WW is in a similar boat to superman. Both are extremely well known and have their hard core fans, but that doesn't equate them being popular. I'd say WW isn't all that popular and will likely see less box office success than MOS.
We can sit here a while and say which friends and family members like or do not like the look, but as I see it on social media people generally like the look. But to me that's not much of a surprise. This on screen WW has a xena/ww look to her that still stayed true to the comics for the most part.

I think it's kind of pointless saying WB should have put WW or any character for that matter on the big screen. Either way we're getting a solo movie for her, so let's hope it's a good plan Snyder has.

I know she's well known, but that doesn't mean she's popular. She hasn't had anything for a long time. The last thing she had was the TV show by Carter. She had a animation move, but that's really it.

That's just a rumor. Something I won't believe until the studio actually confirms it. I never even said Miller is going to direct MOS 2, dumbo. I just posted a rumor just like you.
