show proof?? about what?? exactly .. this isn;t a versus thread and why you think that makes no sense.... also all i have said can be found on the internet, i tld you before i'm not gonna help you find it.. unless you really do not believe that anything and everything can be found online.. it never takes a genius to find things.. a two year old can find what i said .. lol at you doing nothing wrong, well of course you had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO SAY , when I gave you a challenge.. of course I am not the one who is blindly following a man who has to prove himself

Can you please take any arguments involving TV to the TV forum. This is the MOVIE forum. I admit Arrow is a GREAT show... but this is not the place to discuss it. This is the MOVIE forum, and the "DC Universe" has 1, ONE, movie on its list right now. There is not much to discuss as far as what Tsujihara has done IN MOVIES. We have a partial cast for the second movie, that's it. No announcements have been made to further this series of movies yet. The fact is Tsujihara has disappointed many people, BruceSkywalker and myself included. That IS A FACT. He, also, apparently has die-hards in his corner who will argue blindly just to... I have NO IDEA why. I don't work for WB, DC, Marvel, the CW... nothing. All I am is a fan of comic book movies, and I am disappointed in everything DC has done in movies recently, which isn't much at all.

Tsujihara just recently got the gig, so he hasnt had time to disappoint. When has hr promised on a movie and failed to deliver? Ill concede until you provide some evidence. With his short time as CEO he has expanded and impressed rather than disappoint. Again, share some referrences and ill concede.

You said he has failed to deliver. When has he come out and promised anything

the proof is already there, his own words have defeated him .. all he is doing is talk and talk don't win no game.. talk don't people in theaters.. actions do that.. his actions going forward will make or break him as Head honcho. again who the frack cares if he is just going to CONFIRM RUMOR... i hope your memory goes back to when the announcement was first made about Batman v. Superman .. remember when it was announced about Ben Affleck taking over the role of Bruce/Bats for the next 10 years... those things GOT people talking. GOT them excited.. So at comic con, Tsuijihara HAS GOT TO SAY SOMETHING TO GET PEOPLE TALKING. TO GET THEM EXCITED,, CONFIRMING RUMOR IS NOTHING.. here is an example, Tsujihara is @Comic Con, starts talking, brings out The Rock to load cheers.. he then announces that The Rock will portray Darkseid , that there WILL GET PEOPLE EXCITED AND TALKING.. I hope you can see the point I am making, if not I HAVE FAILED THIS MESSAGE BOARD(I hope someone gets that)

This is one of the first times he has said ANYTHING since his role as CEO. Batman vs Superman isn't coming out until a few more years, so of course they can't reveal their long term plans. Again, Kevin T. just got the gig as CEO not too long ago and in that time he's already fired on all cylinders as STATED by the New York Times Article. He's done more good than bad.

So, unless you can provide some quotes and or articles, we're just going to have to agree to disagree.

Dude, that's the problem! We have NOTHING to cite! Kevin Feige's first movie was Ironman. In that movie he turned a B-level superhero into a billion dollar machine, he wowed us with Sam Jackson in the first of the now famous credits scenes, AND he laid the groundwork for The Avengers by saying it IN THE MOVIE. When we left the theater we wanted more. THAT'S how you do it. I know you will disagree with this, but MoS was underwhelming. It was the Zack Snyder show. You'll bring up how much money it made, but that doesn't say much. The reason Glee is still on the air is that there are ALOT of people on Earth, and they all have to watch something. Same as with a movie based on the top dog of comic books, Superman. You could make a movie where Superman counts his rocks all day and it would make money.

Speaking of not saying much, having The Rock say he's in line for a role in a DC movie is not so much a bragging point. Sure, he's a box office draw, but he's not an actor. You're better off mentioning that Jeremy Irons will be Alfred, at least Irons is a good actor. I would hate it if The Rock was in a Marvel movie. That's just a publicity thing. Casting Batista as Drax is different because Drax is not a major character, and his role is to be a bald wrecking machine, which is what Batista is. Plus, at this point, in Phase 2, Marvel can afford to add Batista, a talking raccoon and a tree into its universe because they have made enough money and movies to do so.

Again, I'm not pro-anything, just a comic book movie fan who wants Marvel to have some competition that, up until now, is non-existant. PEACE

SpaceMonkey is right 👆

Only thing is the Rock HAS proven he can act, atleast far more than Batista has. Eg, Faster and that other movie where he's trying to keep his son out of prison, cannot remember the name for the life of me....

Batista has a small role which won't require him to flex his acting chops

The Rock can act like Steven Segal can act. Batista is not a good actor either, but at least he's only a small part of an ensemble. Hopefully whatever The Rock is going to do with DC is something small... not his own movie.

Entirely subjective.

It may be subjective, but it's the consensus opinion.

I don't need a meme to tell you to GTFO

speaking of proof, where exactly is YOURS to prove me wrong??????

you still do not or cannot understand what "TALK IS CHEAP" means?? that is what Tsujihara is doing.. Like I said actions speak louder than words.. Nobody cares that he is laying the groundwork for something that may not even come to fruition.. oh, and stockholders don;t care whether or not he has been on the job for half a second or 1000 years, when he took the job he instantly had to come up with things to tell Marvel, where we come, as well as tell other studios watch out because we are gonna continue to make (hopefully) financial successes.. Like I said this isn;t a versus thread, so get off that shit.. THIS thread is for people to come in and give their opinions which you cannot handle .. Face it nobody cares that Tsujihara is going to confirm rumors that have been around for the past several months, but what they will care about if Tsujihara gets up there and GIVES THE PEOPLE SOMETHING TO TALK ABOUT, SOMETHING TO CARE ABOUT. So since you apparently know everything, what exactly will he tell the world@ComicCon???

Who the **** cares about a consensus opinion? All that matters is yours. Not to mention MoS is regarded as a pretty good movie by the GA as evident by a 7.4 imdb score. Not spectacular by any means, but not bad either and it's on par with Marvel's recent films.

As for the Rock, he is at least as good an actor as guys like Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth. Plus, he's so damn fun to watch on the screen. The dude has a ton of charisma.

The Rock is actually a decent actor, imo.

And MOS was a good, solid superhero movie. It didn't just make money because it was Superman. Come on.

I'm pretty sure the movie studios care more about consensus opinion than your individual opinion. There's a reason avengers made a shitload of profit while a huge brand like superman made much less.
