i believe the new batmobile is a combo of keaton's batmobile and the tumbler..

No there's no confirmation of that from WB yet. And the confirmation coming from Variety is from their article back in June which some papers have began quoting again today.

I personally don't think it will be him because David Ramsey (Diggle from Arrow) said at comic-con that he knows who Aquaman is and our jaws will drop when we find out.

Somehow I don't think out Jaws will drop if Momoa is officially announced now.
