Kazenji is not a DC Hater.
Some folks here are though and are ready to hate on this movie no matter what. I'll never get that.
But I do get Marvel bias. The MCU has earned that trust with audiences.
If DC want that kind of mass bias then they should also give us a Great Cinematic Universe where almost every film rocks, and hardly any of them suck.
And maybe they'll do just that in 2016 and 2017. But I do worry that Snyder is not the right guy to give us that. They've put way too much trust into that guy for their biggest and most important movies of the DCCU.
I think I recognize Neil deGrasse Tyson's voice, so it sounds like Snyder is trying to connect the film to the real world. I liked it when he sort of did that with Watchmen.
And I also sort of think it's badass that Superman is not the shiny, beloved hero that he has always been represented as. It seems like Snyder is turning that all around... this is for a more cynical era.
But something tells me that Supes and Batfleck will team up for a common enemy at some point. It's inevitable.
Fawking awesome! The film looks to be shaping up to being as good as I though it could be. Cavill and Affleck both look huge!

It's the cult of Marvel. This film is actually going to show consequences of massive destruction, while in the MCU they go have shawarma and forget about it.
Screw destruction, they're thrusting balls-deep into a subject Marvel hasn't even started constructing their ten-foot pole to touch: The social/religious impact a being like this would have on the world. The MCU has a literal mythological god walking on Earth yet we have no hint he is perceived any differently than Captain America, Iron Man, or even Black friggin' Widow. At WB they have people outright worshiping Superman as a savior from beyond the stars, and fear mongering/vilifying him as some kind of conqueror or devil.
This is the "realism" Snyder and the producers were talking about. Not about the characters and their abilities themselves but how the world around them behaves. I love half the MCU's films but honestly it is fantasyland compared to The Man of Steel universe.

When BvS becomes a hit, I hope they thank the endless amount of drones that nitpicked about the destruction because they turned it into a big plot point in the sequel.
Nice job, idiots.

Of course. Don't stop hating though, carry on.
I hate on marvel movies as well. But you wouldn't know that because you don't come here to do damage control for marvel news.
And in not really hating, it's simple criticism.
I love star wars and the new trailer was good but I still criticized some things about it.
Don't care of its marvel or DC, if it's shitty I'll critisize it . If it's good I'll praise it. Simple.
Just like any film, or any comic.
Labeling me a blind follower of a company (just like you are); is dumb.
Just like Darth said at least marvel deserves the benifit of the doubt with their movies/universe. They are mostly above average and enjoyable. We will see if dc's universe achieves this as well.
I didn't really enjoy MOS too much so BvS has to really win me over for me to be "nice" to it. If it's good then I won't hide the fact it's good. On the other hand will you ever praise a Marvel movie?
All signs point to NO.

You can bet that they will complain about it too. "Too much focus on destruction."
Anyway I'm thoroughly enjoying the hypocrisy from marvel fanatics.
