Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

The magic was the team bonding & getting used to each other. AOU saw them already relaxed in each other's company. Complacency replaced the dynamics unfortunately.

Whedon's movie rocked, it just didn't have the magic of the first.

Rocked? Not, imo.

AOU was still an above average movie. Just cause or want as good as the first Avengers , doesn't mean it was a failure by any stretch.
Still made 1.4 billion.

It was a B- I'm my books.
Avengers was an A
Ironman 3 was a C-
Man Of Steel was a D or D+
Green Lantern was an F

Just to put it in perspective.

Lol @ Golgo trying to spin it as a negative or worst than it actually was.

Still better than the average MCCU movie, IMO.

That's your opinion. MOS was a solid B and the average rating is the same as most MCCU movies.

BTW, I wasn't spinning anything. If you were to actually read my posts, the underwhelming of AOU was my opinion alone. Something a lot of us think on this board and apparently Disney as well.

Nah it was me who brought it up to point out it's good to change up Directors. And definitely not good to keep on the same Director for 4 straight movies like they're doing with Zack Snyder.

If Snyder's vision is good, it doesn't really matter if he does 4 or 10 movies. As long as it's executed well.

You're an idiot, inhuman.

I thought AoU was bad. It was such a disappointment that it, almost single handily, has ruined most of my enthusiasm for super hero films (or more specifically these shared universes). The only SH films I’m really looking forward to right now are Suicide Squad and GotG 2.

Agreed. Though I don't have a ton of faith in Snyder.

The only reason you are on Whedons nut sack now is because he was shopping himself with WB again.

No, he wasn't. I've liked Whedon since Firefly. Avengers was better than anything Russos has done and he doesn't have anything as bad as You, Me and Dupree. 😂

Agreed. AOU wasn't very engaging. If it's true that Terri delivered a great script, I expect good things from BVS. on paper it should be, but that's not always the case.

Smh....at people exaggerating how bad AoU was for them.

Smh at people thinking they know how I feel about a film better than I do.

At least i haven't lost my enthusiasm for these type of films.

Ok?
