If Snyder's vision is good, it doesn't really matter if he does 4 or 10 movies. As long as it's executed well.
That's not true at all. It's a much more difficult task to make 3 Great films, than it is to make 1 Great film, no matter the Vision. And I honestly have no reason to believe Snyder has some Mega Epic Vision. There's absolutely no good reason to keep him on for all the biggest and most important DCCU movies.
And I'll still say that if/when he kills it with BvS.
I like what Lucasfilm is doing, changing up Directors with each of the new SW films.

Different but not impossible. It's been done before.

No, he wasn't. I've liked Whedon since Firefly. Avengers was better than anything Russos has done and he doesn't have anything as bad as You, Me and Dupree. 😂
Another example - there's no question that Spielberg is one of the greatest directors of the generation, yet there are many biopics by lesser directors that are better than Catch Me if you Can

Arguing that Whedon is more accomplished and talented than the Russo's is the easiest argument to make. The fact that one director is better or more accomplished than another doesn't necessarily mean that the better director will make a better movie though. Whedon and the Russo's made their respective movies under different circumstances with different talent and completely different aims. While I do believe Whedon is still better, the Russo's film Winter Soldier is almost equally good to the first avengers and better than AoU.Another example - there's no question that Spielberg is one of the greatest directors of the generation, yet there are many biopics by lesser directors that are better than Catch Me if you Can
I know, but as of now Whedon is the better director. That may or may not change in the coming years.

Any examples that come to mind?
LOTR trilogy. I know many hate the Hobbit trilogy, but PJ heart wasn't in it. Snyder right now has the energy and it really depends on if his vision of the DCEU is actually good. The ods may be against him, but that doesn't mean it will suck either.
If Snyder does both parts of justice league, that'll be 4 films in a row. From MoS to BvS to JL1 and JL2. There has to be some fatigue that sets in after all that strenuous high stakes direction. He can certainly do it and I'll applaud him if it's a success.
It's a little different than Whedon's fatigue on Avengers though because Whedon was also the script writer. Snyder doesn't write his own scripts.
We'll see how it plays out

Give Snyder a decent to good script and he can do wonders. Watchmen is proof of that. One of my favorite comic book movies. Having Terrio writing the script and Ben Affleck for tips/help will help Snyder tremendously.

Yeah but they were Movie interpretations of well loved books. So completely different. Whilst Synder's coming up with the Story for BvS, JL 1 & 2 AND directing them all.
I don't expect 3 Awesome films in a row from him (after MOS). One of them will fall short like AOU did.
