It was a game changer. Shield and Hydra being one group was pretty scary. Nick Fury is no longer head of Shield; and their infrastructure is all but eradicated. They are essentially weak and a non factor at the moment. United Nations is going to be the one pushing Sokovia Accords.Um, the Avengers are just chilling? Did you watch AoU? Hulk is awol, Thor fled back to Asgard. Cap and Tony really didn't get along at all that entire movie, and the Avengers as we know them are broken up. A new set of Avengers is in place featuring Scarlet Witch, Vision, War Machine and Falcon. I never said Iron Man 3 was a game changer. In fact that movie did the least to push forward an over-arching plot. You should really think before you post...collect your thoughts to make sure you know what you're talking about.
It was a rad movie, definitely. Something being scary does not equate a game changer. Aliens are scary. Red-Faced Nazi's are scary. The structure is changed but it literally still exists. They even put the Avengers in the direction of Lok's staff? How was that different from the first Avengers movie?
Hulk is ALWAYS AWOL. If anything, it went BACK to the status quo.
Wait a minute, THOR is in ASGARD??? GAME CHANGERRRRRRRRR.
The Avengers may have broken up but like...yeah...hi...they are all right there in Civil War? And like, not even necessarily the shown roster at the end of the film?
My point in Iron Man 3's inconsistencies is showing the fact that Marvel movies do not equate giant upending of the formula even when they genuinely state that.
