Yes, I think you are right.

Still, earning back 400 million bucks is quite something. Means the box office should also be pretty high to make up for everything.

I think it will gross a Billion regardless. I'd be shocked if it grossed under $900mill tbh. I mean even Transformer movies make a Billion each, shouldn't be too difficult for Batman + Superman together.

So I'm certain it will make it's money back plus some. Question is how many people will be interested in the whole line of DC movies planned after they see this.

This will make bank either way tbh. Which unfortunately means Snyder will be making Justice League regardless of how good or bad BvS is.
You liked Man of Steel so you have no right to complain.

Seems Fiat Chrysler Auto pitched in a pretty penny to field the vehicles in BvS

Well Golgo's right:

They're shooting this right after BvS is out. Snyder is attached no matter what it seems. They're not waiting to see how BvS does, or how well it is received.

Can't say I'm happy about Snyder staying on, but at least WB/DC are just getting on with their plan instead of the "stopping, waiting and reacting" thing they've been doing in the past.

Looks like it was stolen from a post office too. Nice lights on top.

We already knew filming started after but if this movie bombed hard you bet your ass things would shift. It won't bomb hard IMO but money talks, kids.

What if BvS turns out to be a solid SH flick. would you still be anti-Synder for JL?

You believe success means everyone loves it. Based off man of steel I can't wait to see your disappointment. But since you loved it you will, probably love another shitty film.

So based off his previous Sh flick in the same universe somehow should be ignored. Only in the wild world of Robbie.

honestly I would because they need different people to direct those films so as to bring a different type of flavor to them..

I agree. The same dark tone for these films isn't a good thing but Robbie seems to love this shit.

Ad hominem attack to avoid my point.

Which is a fine and fair point,, I also enjoy this approach myself; look at the Mission Impossible franchise, mixing it up gave us several decent films. Just the extreme shitting on BvS and Synder before we've seen it is silly, the man has a few decent to great films under his belt.

Oh I'm not shitting on him. I liked MOS and I loved Watchmen.

I'm just not liking the same guy doing all the Biggest movies of the DCEU.

Tbh I'm not even a fan of the Russos doing both Infinity War movies after Civil War. But they did prove themselves more with WS than Snyder did with MOS Imo.

I wasn't naming you or anyone in particular, just pointing out the amount of extreme hate this flick has received.
