Yeah, I saw that, too. Someone on CBR said he has a trusted source that has ALREADY seen it and gave it a solid 8/10. Also said he doesn't even like Zack Snyder. If that's true, it bodes well, I think. He also said it was a good way to start the DCEU.

They are having a few films prior to JL apparently due to Snyder convincing WB not to jump straight into JL (I respect him for that). But they're not having Solo films for the main JL members prior to JL.
The only JL characters that will be well established prior to JL are Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman. But we would have already seen the 3 of them team up to take on Doomsday in BvS..
So I don't know why you think people will be more excited for JL than they are for BvS? Why would the GA (those who haven't seen the Flash tv series or JL animated series) be more excited for Flash and Aquaman joining the Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman trinity?
I think even adding Green Lantern would be something, because even though his film wasn't received well, at least it exists, and the Hulk movies didn't exactly do spectacular either but adding him to Avengers worked because people knew who he was, and despite maybe not liking his solo movies thought it'd be cool to see the character interact with the Avengers.
But as far as I know GL isn't a part of the JL roster in the first JL film. So again why are the GA going to be more excited for JL than they are for BvS? Due to Momoa or something?

Supposedly GL won't appear until the second JL movie or his own one in 2020, whichever comes first.
Momoa isn't well known enough to drive that much interest, imo, but that may change after this movie.
^ Was being sarcastic about Momoa. But seriously the only selling point I see for Flash and Aquaman being in JL is their names may be better known to the GA than Iron Man and Marvel Thor were before their solo movies.

I agree to an extent, but I don't agree BVS will make more than JL. Not yet, anyway. JL will be MASSIVE.
