I don't know enough about him as an actor, tbh. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt, but a Flash film would need to be radically different from the show.

I mean, they're planning to let Gadot, Momoa (to an extent) and Miller carry them, and I don't know if they can. I suppose we'll see.

True enough. Though I would argue that Ezra Miller is a great actor albeit one who seems miscast as Flash.

He has a point, considering the tone of the Flash movie is most likely going to be very different to that of the show.

Each to their own

personally it feels like BS to me.

You'd honestly be fine with Gustin playing the Flash in a movie that was completely different to show bar him being the Flash? Even Barry would be written differently.

He wasn't my first pick, but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt I guess.

You do know who is actually directing The Flash movie?....the guys who did the Lego Movie

and Zack Snyder didn't want Gustin for the role because that's not the tone he wanted, That's where i feel his comments is bs and not just me.

Angry Joe was highly against some of the cast and Ben as Batman. He ended up loving the movie.

What I can say is this... Go out & See Batman V. Superman! It *redacted*! & action like youve NEVER seen b4 in DC & it. changes. EVERYTHING.

There have been some negative reactions, but I think the buzz has been pretty positive so far.

Yeah, most of what I've seen has been overwhelmingly positive. But this is pretty typical so I'm trying to not get my hopes up too much...

There has been a TON of praise for Jesse Eisenberg. I hope it's true.

Their previous movies don't mean they get to radically change the tone of an already established universe.

I don't see what's so bad about Snyder's comments, personally.

It's Angry Joe. He's entertaining, but I don't always trust him when it comes to movies. I hope he's right though.

Honestly? He's more spot on when it comes to movies than he has with game reviews nowadays, IMO (granted, I've had my disagreements with him even on a couple movie reviews).

From what I'm hearing in GENERAL, it goes like this: 1st and second act is good, not great, but the third act is incredibly awesome.

I'd say it's the opposite, imo.

I will believe any good news about this movie except that.

I think people are still bitter about his MGSV review where he gave it a very high score.

^ Urm Yes it could be superior to The Force Awakens. In fact I'm expecting it to be.

At this point I'm more curious to see if it could be as good as Avengers1. But that would probably be pushing my expectations.

You disliked TFA, though. The rest of us loved it. It's quite likely you'll enjoy BvS more, then.

Avengers 1 was inferior to TFA, Whedon can't write shit.

Avengers and TFA were awesome. It's a tall order to say BVS will be better than either. I think BVS has a shot at being a little better than TA, though.

The Whedon quips got very annoying in AOU.

Indeed they did...

One thing I'm hearing is the future film references are forced. That's disappointing as that was one of my gripes with AoU.

I haven't heard that. I've been hearing that the mini cameos (if that's what you're referring to) are actually pretty good.
