Of course you don't. You wouldn't want to watch superheroes on a medium where DC's been ahead of Marvel for years.

I'm guessing you don't watch animated features either. Because DC really is well ahead on that front too.

Atm. There's no competition from WB/DC at all right now in that medium. Have to wait 2 years for them to be back in the game with BvS. In 3-5 years they might be Marve's equal if Justice League and related spin off's go well.. Or they might still be getting no where. Only time will tell.

I do not have an interest in the tv shows for either at this point. It has nothing to do with your opinion on who is leading or not. Try and stay objective for a moment. They aren't that well done for either IMO.

So you agree Dc's plans are awful and that marvel is hammering their buttholes. Good.

I don't hate them I pity them because they are getting ethered by marvel to the point of hilarity ensuing.

At least have the decency not to lie about it. It's okay to not like something. Variety is the spice of life, and all.

I do not hate dc but I hate what they are doing. I do hate Superman.

Lol I am objective.

And I don't know of anyone whose more into Marvel over DC when it comes to TV products- myself included.

I love TV shows because you get an hour every week. Instead of waiting a year for the next 2hr feature which is what you get on the big screen. The main selling point of the big screen is the special effects they give you with such a huge budget that you can't get on a weekly series.

I don't know what they're plans are, so I can't say they're awful. What I can say is they've given their shared Universe a decent start with MOS and they've given us Great Batman movies over the last 10 years.

But right now they're doing nothing, so they aren't any competition for anyone. Heck Fox and Sony are doing better than them right now with the limited Marvel products they have.

But come 2016 and 2017 I'm hoping things change. They certainly have the potential to with Batman vs Superman and JL.

If that's the story you're going to stick to, then so be it.

We both know different.

It's easy to win a battle when you have a massive headstart. [/B]

D.C. has been experimenting with tons of characters since the 70's and none have really sticked.

In the last decade alone we got

1. The Flash (john wesly ship)
2. Aquaman some years back
3. Shazam movie was cancelled
4. Green lantern flop
5. Wonder Woman didn't even make it to the t.v. screen

the list goes on.

Marvel has just made better decisions then D.C. and that's why they have that head start.

I think the problem with Dc characters is that its better characters are basically gods 😬

Both Marvel and DC have made good and bad choices. For every Avengers there was a Elektra or Daredevil. For every Dark Knight Rises there was a Green Lantern.

So let's not kid ourselves that marvel can't put a foot wrong. They have far more movies than DC and so have far more piss poor movies.

Half of those you've mentioned are TV shows. Which is strange because DC's generally done much better than Marvel on TV. The Flash (John Wesley Ship) only lasted 1 season, but it was still a good show, which actually gave the character a lot more exposure among your general audience.

Elektra and Daredevil were made by Fox, not by Marvel studios. Marvel studios have only given us all the Avenger movies (including all the solo build ups). So it's hard to say they've done anything bad yet, (except perhaps the IM sequels, and to some people TIH).

People seem to think GOTG will be their first bomb

i'm not quite jumping on that bandwagon yet.

By that logic, DC haven't done any films, good or bad cos there isn't a DC studios.

But I have a feeling you are being deliberately pedantic.

Your right they haven't it's all Warner Bros making DC properties on the big screen. Just like Sony make Spider-Man movies, and Fox make X-Men movies.

Can't really blame Marvel for Spider-Man 3 being so bad, just like you can't really credit Marvel for how good X-Men:First Class was.

And whatever happens on the big screen with DC properties, you can't really credit or blame DC tbh. Only if they really follow the comics (like they do with a lot of the DC animated features) then credit can be passed to DC for the story. And as it happen DC animated features are usually great for that reason.

So your kind of right, the better comparison would be compare Ghost Rider to Green Lantern. As both are Marvel and DC properties but neither film was actually made/controlled by Marvel or DC.

Well then both of them are terrible. Haha.

No, I freely admit what I hate and don't hate. Accept it.

Majority doesn't mean correct. I can't have an opinion on something I am completely unfamiliar with. Just let it go.

Your disgust was already quoted. It was glorious. I'm right and you came to my side. Just relax. Stick with me, kid.

When you start doing what you claim to be doing, then maybe I will.

Stop making things up, then we can talk.

Yup. You have to take the bad with the good.

Well take it from me. DC products are far ahead of Marvel products on the small screen, (For now at least).

Yeah I think marvel characters are more street level and down to earth characters, mabey people can relate to them more. Just bout every D.C. character is some sorta hearald with god like abilities. I think the reason why batman does so well is his character is more in touch with real life people. Some of the shit and I mean SOME P, of the things happening with his character are almost doable in real life.

I hope the Marvel steps it up with their Netflix series. Daredevil is in good hands with Drew Goddard, so thats good.

I've finally caught up with arrow, and I gotta say you're right. DC kicks ass on the small screen.

Let's hope they both step it up. DC's got The Flash, Hourman and Constantine coming to TV.
