MoS wasn't nearly as disappointing as BvS, though. At least imo.

Here's hoping this one is a better movie.

Will that extended version be R rated?

Supposedly. If I like what I end up hearing on the differences of the extended version, then I might give it a shot. Otherwise I'll pass.

From what i remember hearing about that cut, If you didn't like BvS the new cut won't change your opinion of the movie.

I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of those people are just hoping against hope that the extended version will be less of a mess.

Probably yeah. There's the curiosity factor with the extended edition.

I doubt the regular version would sell as well.

Maybe it's me but I have no desire for an extended version. The normal movie was an hour and a half to long and now they want to add more to it? No thanks

The extended version is the complete version. I hear the theatrical version is basically fast forwarding to certain parts. Lol

^ Well hopefully it sorts out the film's editing problems.

Finally saw the entire thing. Okay wow, people were acting like this is the Citizen Kane of bad movies. It wasn't..anywhere close.

It certainly wasn't as good as it could of been and it certainly didn't live up to the hype, but this is Superman vs Batman..nothing would of really lived up to THAT hype.

Is it the best film of the year? Nope. The worst film of the year? Nope. The 2nd worst film of the year? Nope. The third worst film of the year? Nope.

IMO X-Men Apocalypse wasn't that much better...it just had vastly less hype. Hell even comparing this to the clusterf*ck that was Avengers 2? This movie isn't leaps and bounds worse.

Sounds like the movie version of the video game "Fable". A decent game on it's own, but shitty when compared to the massive hype surrounding it. I literally expected to want to scrape out my eyeballs after this movie the way some spoke of it.

I can sum this movie up with one word: meh.

^ I actually rate it above Apocalypse. And in the same league as Ultron. Probably slightly better than Ultron. Difference is though both those movies didn't NEED to be spectacular. Given they both were sequels to great movies.

Agree the hate and bad reputation isn't really deserved, but I think DC needed something special to start off their shared film Universe. Like Marvel had with IM1.

I still think if you take the best comic movie Marvel has made and then the best comic movie DC has made..the DC movie shits all over the Marvel one(one of those big liquidy dumps). Perhaps that is another reason some people just want to hate on DC.

BvS was terrible.

AoU and X-Men Apoc were at least entertaining.

AOU was terrible, IMO. One of the worst Marvel films.

And it was still better than BvS.

IYO. AOU was cringe worthy.

My opinion is an objective fact.

AoU > BvS

Is AOU above a 4/10?

I give AOU about a 5.

Marvel fans act like the MCU is cinema's greatest achievement. In reality they are now competing with Dragonball fans as the worst fanbase.
