Unlikely my ass. Batman is as unrealisric as they come, but if his backstory makes you believe he is probable then fine by me. I couldn't care less. Fact of the matter is these are fictional movies with fictional characters, and him wearing a bulky suit means shit when the director has proven he can make good action sequences no matter what.

The point is, by early rumours...this is a battle-weary, veteran version of Batman.I can only imagine that both age & injuries has resulted in a bulkier suit to protect his body. It could even be the tenth version of the costume that he's constantly modified over time...hell there could even be an exo-skeleton built into the suit resulting in its bulky appearance.
I mean Clark/Superman/Clavil isn't portrayed overly muscular for all the strengths & feats we know he is capable of. It's a nice balance to see a bulky mortal take on a "slimmer" alien from another planet.
Miller's rendition of a bulky 60 yr old Batman is the epitomal image that I personally want to see. I'm saying that I don't want to see Affleck play an old man Batman but I want to see a Batman passed his peak where he clearly feels the pain & must rely on his wit & gadgets more than his body is willing.
