the biggest problem with the original Daredevil, imo, is Garner and Elektra. She's not a bad actress, but the whole romance thing, coupled with her not suiting the role, really brought it down.

And, the directors cut, imo, feels more like a Daredevil story.

I didn't like his dictating voice tbh. Sounded very wooden. So I do want a much better performance than that for Batman.

But yeah most the film's problems were not down to him.

Should have left it "Superman Vs Batman". That tells us all we need to know.

Age of Ultron is just as cheesy as Dawn of Justice. Difference is, the DCU is supposed to be super grounded and realistic - which is why a semi cheesy title doesn't work as well.

It's still a good enough title though. A nice prelude to the Justice League

Not really sure how its supposed to be grounded and realistic. The Batman movies were, but once you add godlike aliens shit hits the fan.

Darker? Sure.

Gritty, maybe that's what he meant. People flying faster than sound and shooting lasers out of their eyes certainly isn't realistic or grounded.

So the full title is revealed! What are your thoughts about it? Me? Well first is that I was confused if this is a Superman movie or a Justice League one? But I guess that this is both a Superman movie that they're trying to fit/form a Justice League movie in it. Second, what is Wonder Woman's role in here? Is it just the Love Rival thing? Or the first meeting of the Justice League? And last is that the intention of WB alteration to the plot. It quite scares me because as a fan of DC you do not just love/like whatever films they put into motion but the way you see the characters and their stories should have been throughout the movie. Say anything you want, but watch the profanity. 🙂

They should just rename the Superman/Batman thread and merge this thread to that. No reason for a brand new thread for a film everyone's been talking about for over a year.
