Hopefully they aren't rushing this. I'm not sure how the public feels about another dark knight in a new movie just a year or so after the trilogy ended.

Snyder has to get past JJ Abrams before he gets to the Whedon boss battle. Hell, it's debatable whether JJ or Joss is the king of nerds.

Not really a surprise to me.. I've said already that they will fight, then eventually team up.. Goyer hasn't even wrote the script yet I have already figured it out..

and yeah Batman has to batkick Kal.. people have to either love this new Batman because going forward this will be the Batman as seen in the Justice League film as well as his own solo film , also most likely Kal will have to learn to hold back going forward when he fights, Batman will teach him that

I see some pure fail coming...

I think it is too soon. Could have had another MoS sequel and then do the team up. Give the Nolanites and Baletards some time to accept the change and give Superman more exposure and character development.

But alas Batman can help with the character development I guess, but it takes away from Superman imo.

Live action Superman/Batman flick is fighting an uphill battle from the start, imo.

You have one guy who can fly, throw trains and tank missiles, paired up with a guy who has neat gadgets and has to act mysterious.
