Wonder Woman with all her strength couldn't restrain Bizarro's one arm. J'onn amped on blackrock along with nearly every alien on earth couldn't restrain Superman for ten minutes.

How much Blackrock amps someone? It amps a normal human to the point that superman hurts his hand punching him
