You posted a scan of a non fight and used it as evidence of what will happen here. How about you post Diana and Superman sacrifice fight where she was holding back and still defeated an all out, Sun amped Superman. Can you post that for me?
Unless you show me a knocked out Superman somewhere in Sacrifice story.
And she flat out said she cant beat him in combat in a League of One.

Yeah. The one with this ending.
So yeah Superman wins. As you saw on the comic he almost killed WW in under 2 minutes since you agree to it 🙂
That single instance plus all their story that you ran away to debate. Yeah Superman rapes. Throw in the Hulk and Superman still wins
Originally posted by Delta1938So Wonder Woman can't take down Parasite with essentially a cheap shot despite he's at best as powerful as Superman who's been getting Kryptonite poisoning for months, which was also effecting Parasite, and had just taken damage from fighting Superman. In fact, he died from it before Superman, so yeah, hard to argue he was even as strong or durable as Superman there. And he ran off because he didn't want the lasso to expose he'd kidnapped Lois and was mimicking her down to the DNA(even replicating the hairline fracture in her wrist). But you go use that Wonder Woman smiling after Superman already looked for Parasite smiling like it happened immediately after Parasite hit her with the manhole cover, instead of she was actually too stunned to do anything.
Your argument has a few weaknesses, going by your scans, and please keep in mind I'm ONLY going by your scans, since I don't have whatever comic is your source, but:
1. Kryptonite poisoning is portrayed with great inconsistency. Superman suffered for months? Read Supergirl and "discover" Kara suffered for YEARS with it, to the extent it would give her hallucinations and cause her blood to form crystal "sabers" when exposed to our air.
Element-x elements like that, though obviously lethal, don't always physically weaken their victim from a pure strength standpoint, either. Note that Daxamites have roughly the same reaction to lead that Kryptonians have to kryptonite. Arguably, worse, since Kryptonians generally recover from k-poisoning as soon as they are able to get some distance or shielding from it. Daxamites remain sick and will die without remedy.
Such was the case of one Mon-El a few years ago. Note that despite suffering from the fatal illness he is eventually able to perform above the physical level Supergirl was performing at initially when she failed to punch herself and friends free of a REALLY strong barrier in Legion of Super-Heroes #25:

Problem #1. Element-x poisonings don't always take away physical strength even if they have their victim looking like they're at death's door. See Mon-El and his strength showing despite suffering from fatal lead poisoning, as shown in my previous post LSH #25.
Problem #2. We're talking about Parasite. A villain who can absorb the strength and power of others with any form of physical contact. Including Wonder Woman herself. A parasite who can absorb the power of multiple people, and apparently did so, as evidenced by the 4 people talking in his head in your scan. A Parasite who could retain powers for an indefinitely longer period of time thanks to his contact with "Mystery Stranger" or whoever, and says so in your scan, even as he goes on to mention he absorbed the power of an apparently meta human shapeshifter to impersonate Lois. How many others did he have the power of at that point?
It's actually NOT that hard to argue Parasite was as strong if not stronger than Superman at that point. Nor that he was exerting MORE force than Superman himself would, owing to Superman having more restraint and reserve when fighting others than a villain with his identical power set would.
Problem #3. Parasite intended to take Superman OUT. He tells us this in your scan. What reason would he have to fear of Superman knowing ANYthing when he planned to kill Superman in the next few moments regardless of the consequences?

Scans, repostings of your own, to corroborate several of the points above:

This may not have been clear enough, as my previous showing of this in my "Temper, temper ..." thread focused on the breaking of the stronger than inertron barriers, but what I said above was written nearly exactly in the story.
Though it didn't seem to affect his physical strength overmuch, if at all, Mon-El was actually in, and looking, in a very bad way:
Bonus: the resolution of the Mon-El fight in LSH#25:

You're such an idiot, I'm not surprised at all you failed to comprehend it. Not surprised in the slightest. Also, you failed to read the storyline.

Yeah. The one with this ending.
Even if we pretend you didn't get everything about it wrong, and that Pr hasn't told you countless times that you're not arguing it validly because of all the context, the topic is a slugfest, making this scene extra invalid. Even if Superman were to just be standing there, she's not allowed to use her tiara, since it's a slugest. Fail carter is fail.

How did Parasite get his powers during that comic? And when he got them, what was Superman status?
I posted the scans that answer your question. It's not my fault you only look at the pretty pictures.

He almost killed her? Scans.
If you'd actually paid attention to the story instead of looking for scans to attack Superman with, you'd know he could have killed her and there was little to nothing she could do on two separate occasions.

I posted a scan showing Superman was having to be given constant sunlight. And that he was dying. Therefore making all your mental gymnastics irrelevant. You bringing up an odd, weird as **** retcon doesn't mean a thing. Oh yes, you leave out that it was a retcon, well after the storyline you're citing, arguing Supergirl being effected by Kryptonite. This storyline had it killing Superman as its intent the entire time.

Problem #1: You're reaching as ****.
Problem #2: Also reaching as ****.
Problem #3: Unless you failed to pay attention to my scans and didn't notice that Parasite's fight posing as Lois takes place well after, again, reaching as ****.

(snipped scans due to image limits; I'd already seen the Supergirl/Mon-El fight anyways)
Which her having Kryptonite poisoning was all a retcon. The storyline wasn't written at all with this in mind. How convenient of you to leave out. In fact, you had many many times argued the writer's intent over the time to dismiss retcons when the retcon hurt you. But now the retcon helps you? You use it eagerly.
