Finally finished the anime series elfen lied awesome show and I would like to place Lucy at low Herald and number 35 at mid Herald.

Anybody agree or disagree.

Not a whole lot of people can take on Jobberman but Conan from what I can remember Conan can fight crucified for a whole night without water or sleep. In in one story he can fight a ape and occasionally scores of people.

She can put a kingdom that spans a mountain range and a huge gulf into an Endless Winter accidentally.

She froze over that gulf in a few seconds.

The only thing holding her back is personality. No one in the movie could oppose her were she not so kind-hearted.
