Yes, I have and I have seen what vampires can do to flesh. A single bullet entires the skin at a smaller specific point.
I never claimed they break stone only flesh.
They cannot tank bullets on the fleshy parts. That's for sure.

Do you think a hit from a vampire is equivalent to a bomb? Do you think a bullet is equivalent to a bomb? Gorons tank explosions, and until the vampires have something stronger than that, Gorons are immune to them.

I think vampires can attack specific points which are vulnerable or made of flesh.
Yes, as it depends where they tank it and what was shown. Flesh is penetrated by bullets or vampire strength.
