Trying to explain it to you. The bomb is on the opposite side of the Goron from rock that shattered, the Goron took more force than that rock. Simple.

The Goron is surrounded by the rock, this means there is rock behind him, the bomb is in front of him, it shatters the rock behind him. He is more durable than the rock.

We see where he came from, it is very far away, it was a very strong explosion.
