I skimmed. 2 panels with 2 attacks where surfer is unhindered. Surfer stops the moment he gets attacked. Again, Superman isn't going to just be standing there. Also, the disruptions were both against technologically altered beings. There's nothing that suggests this would work on Superman, especially with him showing resistance to similar types of attacks in the past.
