In a forum fight, the T1000 was KO'd when it took the bullet while frozen. Even though it reformed, that was still technically a win within the sense of a thread.

if we take it to the logical aspect then if everything sentry had to bring was not enough to the point he got destroyed then he is inferior.
aside of that i can assume prime can just vaporize him to the molecular level with his heat vision if he is putting himself into it.
hell i am preety much sure he can ccomplish such thing with punching, a guy who can change history with punches or travel dimensions with punches can probably vaporize someone to the molecular levels with them.
