If you are asking for play by play of the entire fight (how it would go imo) then I'd be happy to detail it. I will write something up at work tomorrow and post it after I get home.

Examples of Tony's tech and armor have actually been posted, it's the Batside that just keeps saying that Batman will find a way or that Tony will underestimate him.

^There were more then enough arguments and tactics that would work, you just ignore them because they don't suit your case.

The only arguments that have been listed are things like hacking and EMP, two things that Tony can easily defend against during his prep. The acid is easily countered as Iron-man has force-field tech and the nanobots and AI won't give Batman any advantage as Tony also has them.

I've already stated multiple different types of weapons AND tactics that could be used.
I'm getting the feeling that you want me to lay out everything Batman could do, so you can just claim, "oh Tony would have thought of that already!" Despite him not even knowing much about Batman.
There is the reason you are trying to make us get more and more specific when you've provided nothing yourself.
So again, I will ask you... What types of defenses do you think Tony would come up with under these circumstances?
