...those seem to be the qualifying traits. The unknown part is how much of each makes you worthy. If you lack any adequate portion of one or more, you can still lift it if the need is great enough, e.g. Superman.

Goku has been transformed into a God because of his warrior spirit never giving up, always striving to be better for himself in order to protect the people he loves..

Thor and Superman where born as God born with incredible power...Goku had to work his whole life from a infant with no guidance from Jor El, no guidance from Odin..

He was sent to earth to destroy it instead he saved it..

He is worthy.
