Itachi got hit by a shuriken litterally in the begining of the fight. are you saying that shuriken are fastrer than lightning.

A, Naruto and Might Guy i would all say going dodge lightning and not aim dodge. All Powered up of course.

Gajeel from Fairy Tail actually intercepted lightning rather early in the series. Hell, he was facedown behind Laxus just as he fired it at Levy.

This can probably scale to other characters, if you want to look at it that way.
