Luke stalemating Proxima is exactly why I have a hard time believing that she'd "mess Franky up." /shrug
She messed Hyperion up with a blade slam. She took out Hulk...had Ms. Marvel messed all up with that same blade slam. She hit Hulk with the pressure of a star and even though Franky is strong, he isn't Hulk strong.

His guns can deliver anti-nuclear payloads, and have no problem killing the undead/demon type:

He wields the sword of Michael, which can [also] cleave right through damn near anything:

Furthermore(and most impressively), his strength is sufficient to toss around the likes of Shazam/Dianna, and tool OMAC... If you're not familiar with OMAC, he easily owned: the Nuclear Men, Iron General in August, Godiva, Guy Gardner, The Olympian, Booster Gold, Blue Beetle, etc. Aside from that, Superman postulated that OMAC might be even stronger than himself-- but again: Frankenstein proved to be his superior.
Proxima's best bet for an incapacitation/TKO-win is that starweight-net-thingy she did to Hulk-- but it seemed like her initial/first-line/go-to tactic was simply skewering/killing her opponents with a spear-throw-- something that certainly wouldn't be a full-proof tactic against Frank. So yeah...
