The guy in the article also states that Havok looked to be in his Mid to Late 30's in First Class. That's not where I would have placed him.

I think you misread that. He said that based on his age in First Class, he should be mid to late 30s in the next film. Because he would have been at least around 18 at the time of First Class, considering they pick him up out of prison solitary confinement. 21 year gap between stories puts him at about 39 for Apocalypse. And Scott is supposed to be what? 15? And their parents look middle-aged. So this does not work at all IMO. I know I am nitpicking this a lot, but these blatant oversights in films irk me immensely.

Could work if Alex was 15 in FC and the parents are 50+ now.

Considering Cyclops and Jean were supposed to be 55+ at the end of DOFP, it's plausible. Clearly 50 is the new 30 in the X-Men Cinematic Universe.

Well, it seems the rule for the x-men universe has become that if they are an adult, add 15 years to how old they look, and then you have their character age. It appears to be the case with a lot of characters in the films.

I'm on board with this. Maybe we're getting Pestilence Caliban at some point during the movie.

That article also pointed out maybe he also appears in the Deadpool movie, The film is slated to have a Morlock character as well in the form of Gina Carano’s Angel Dust

if that's the case maybe it's all leading to Mr Sinister finally appearing in these movies.
