That's a Lumen Sage ability, their version of Witch Time. As far as I can remember, Bayonetta can't actually use it. Even then, it still functions exactly like Witch Time, only with it looking like time stops.

Yeah, that's not something Bayo could do.

Main basis for Dante being faster seems to hinge on the raindrop feat.

Quicksilver was also cited as being a counter for Witch Time, which it could be.. while it lasts. Thing is, Witch Time should be a lot more spammable..

All other arguments aside, I don't see how they could call Dante more immortal then "god".. Not just a garden variety demon or even high ranking one, but the apex entity of paradiso, and presumably creation..

Jubileus, who she fought and eventually killed, is able to travel most of the length of the solar system at faster than light speeds, which appears to be the basis for that claim.

Didn't you see the shit that Dante was surviving though? The shit with the sword going straight through half his body which he pulled himself off of through the f*cking hilt, that probably at least grazed his heart, Dante isn't too wide.

And they weren't talking about Dante's feats against normal demons when referencing Madama Butterfly, they were talking solely about his whole "Blocking a punch from a Godzilla-sized supernaturally enhanced Demon statue thing".

The Saviour has to be way up there in terms of strength, and you have to think about all the stuff that Dante has shrugged off.

Also, running towards the ground at Terminal Velocity is pretty insane. The only time we've ever seen Dante really struggle was against the Verse' strongest. People like Mundus and Vergil, besides that, everything else is a cakewalk.

Dude's been borderline cut in half, impaled by stuff for several minutes without much trouble. Its just some stuff is inconsistent, like his fight against Vergil put him down when he wasn't even beat that badly, he was just stabbed. Whoop-de-freakin doo, I think it was more of Vergil's sword being super crazy insanely powerful and OP, and less of just Dante getting stabbed.

Even Nero beating the ****ing SHIT out of him, stabbing him through the chest, shooting him, and slashing him a few times didn't even make him break a sweat.

Dante's regen is above anything Bayonetta has tanked.

What Bayonetta has going for her is ABC Logic.

Since she beat Jubileus, she can automatically stomp Dante.

While Dante is faster then anything shes ever faced, MUCH... MUUUUUCH more Durable, and arguably in the same tier as her when it comes to strength.

Just as well, Madama Butterfly, when punching Dante in the DB, wasn't even using her full strength, just using 900Gigatons, when we clearly saw she could go much higher then that. I think Death Battle really ****ed it up when it came to the strength Department.
